Objectives: Students will be conducting a Wikispaces discussion about the reasons for downfall
of the Ancient Roman Republic.
Students will use the knowledge that they gained about the downfall of the Roman Republic and blog their responses to a prompt provided by the teacher. Students will also be expected to reply to at least one other student’s wikispace
post.
Prompt question:
“Of the 4 reasons mentioned in class as to why the Ancient Roman Republic fell please explain which one is the most important one.” Please use several examples while explaining.
Four Reasons: Corruption of the Senate, Ambitious Individuals, Corruption of the People, and Militarism.
